Cancellation:

Our resort features a 7 day cancellation policy. Reservations must be cancelled by 4:00 p.m. 7 days prior to arrival. Any reservations cancelled after this period will be subject to a non-refundable charge of 1 night's stay. Reservations booked online must be cancelled online. All other reservations must be cancelled through the Bridges Bay front desk by calling 712 332 2202.
